Briquettes - the effortless way to build a fire!

In these days of rising costs and fuel bills, it's good to know there is an evironmentally-friendly fuel made from 100% manufacturing waste. All recycled wood chippings go to make our briquettes. Suitable for use on open fires, BBQs, chiminea and other wood burning stoves, our briquettes take the work out of fire-building and maintaining. Briquettes are shavings which are made from pure timber. These have been pressed together to form blocks called wood briquettes. Wood briquettes weigh between 0.2 kg to about 1 kg per briquette.

Wood briquettes are used in more or less the same way as any other fuel such as wooden logs. They light easily and burn hotter and longer than other traditional fuel types making a briquette the ideal way to build a flame.

Contact us for more information on our briquettes and see what we can do for you.

How the briquette-making process works

1. The rotating blades push the waste dust into a hole at the base

2. The side ram forces the dust into a cylindrical cavity

3. A second ram squeezes the dust into shape

4. Finished briquettes are produced

How briquettes are made
